Apple to avoid paying the corporate tax in the UK

Once again, Apple has become the protagonist of the most interesting stories of the tax, but this time the events take place in the UK. The situation is as follows: for the year 2012 the company earned in the country £ 68 million and pay them £ 0 corporate tax. How so? Very simple.
Avoid paying taxes (which, by the way, there is a very decent) succeeded in using cunning "scheme shares". The resulting profit is embarking on dividends to their employees, and eventually written off as a business expense, significantly reducing the size of the taxable amount. In addition, the payment of more £ 3.8 million of the total amount of taxes was transferred to the company for the next year.
In all of this at the legislative level to Apple there is nothing illegal actions. Such manipulations are legal, and the question here is only moral and ethical.
Transnational corporations are increasingly becoming the target of such trials in the EU and in the United Kingdom in particular. Goes to Starbucks, Facebook, Amazon and Google. Government regulators scrutinize everything, but can not find a way to bring the company to justice because of the loopholes in the tax laws. In this case, the helplessness forces to bring on the giants of commercial society. That's how bad these corporations, clamped money that should have gone for the benefit of ordinary citizens.
We are interested in your position on this situation. According to some estimates annually in the corporate world is not paid from 21 to 32 trillion dollars in taxes. Probably, this amount would be enough to feed all of the hungry, to provide housing for all homeless people, to educate all the illiterate and do help many people in need. Do you believe that the "fair" payment of corporate taxes would your life better?
