Another battle between Apple and Samsung will be held next month

US Court of Appeals appointed serious confrontation between Apple and Samsung on 9 August.

Intellectual property expert Florian Mueller (Florian Mueller) from FOSS Patents said that the planned August trial will be the most important event in the confrontation between Apple and Samsung since the jury last summer.
