Mouseposé - one of those programs, without which it is perfectly possible to do on a daily basis, but that can sometimes be great to help out.

Of course, all this is accompanied by a nice animation, plus there is the possibility of setting the degree of dimming, smoothing the edges of "spotlight" and anything else that developers are only able to come up. What is interesting, complex interfaces from it did not :)

In addition to "highlight" the cursor can visualize keystrokes and clicks. However, here the functional poorer.
