Save time in Outlook 2007 using Express elements (Qiuck Parts)

My attitude to Outlook 2007 is difficult to describe in one sentence, but the important thing is that I think it is quite a congested program, which I use in good faith, because I believe that it has no analogues. At least in Windows.
Today I want to talk about what is express elements (Eng. Quick Parts), which save a lot of time to any user, being just a wonderful tool.
Typing letters, you repeat the same thing a hundred times: greetings, signatures, introductory phrase, pivot tables and more. Express these elements allow a repetition reduced to zero.

Now when you create a new message, immediately after setting the address, choose your preferred express element - they are presented very clearly!
Right-clicking on the interests you express the style and selecting "Organize and Delete... ', you'll be taken to adjust the interface of these styles. Here you can also remove them.
If you choose to use Quick Styles, you just need to add a shortcut to the Outlook 2007 window cap:
