Such backup operates as follows. If your iPhone is not connected to the internet and can not make a backup of your library by standard procedures, the smartphone will search for devices in the area and send the data to them. For this connection to be used for NFC, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

If the iPhone detects the device near one of your friends from your contact list, it will send a notice of the data transmission capabilities. Your friend will only be sent to confirm the data. The information will be stored in encrypted form within a week.
