Simple CSS - quite simple, but the free CSS-Style Editor. The program allows to work with several projects. There is a preview that shows how it will look after the class or the ID changes.

Simple CSS window is divided into several workspaces. When editing the text style, you're in the same tab, if you need to add a frame - will have to go to another tab.

I note a number of shortcomings that make the application uncomfortable. Firstly, there is a lack of tabs for documents. For example, in CSSEdit in separate tabs, you can edit several CSS-documents (separate tables for printing, with "hacks" for Internet Explorer, etc.).

Second, what is missing - is the ability to group individual classes and IDs. Often grouped layout styles related to the sidebar navigation, "the cellar", etc. Here it is not.

In my opinion, free status of the program makes it attractive for the fans, who from time to time need to change something in your website. However, when it comes to professional developers, its work will be more effective with another tool.
