Apple will launch a program to create interactive textbooks

Event from Apple, dedicated to the theme of education, is scheduled for this Thursday. Earlier, Wall Street Journal reported that the company McGraw-Hill, together with Apple was working on this project since June 2011. Now ArsTechnica reports that one of the key events in the future events will be the presentation of a new tool for the publication of electronic books.
If the current situation in the software environment for publications many authors and publishers are asked Apple or other manufacturer to create a simple application that would make the publishing process as simple as creating a song in GarageBand.
Various sources report that Apple will announce the release of such a tool on Thursday. As promised, the application will be implemented support for the standard ePub 3, and in general, this tool will allow publishers to easily create interactive e-books.
