Synchronization of local documents with Google Docs

Lately I've been with variable frequency use Microsoft Office and Google Docs for document management. Not very happy with me, the fact that locally created document has to make dancing with a tambourine to throw in google Docs for further work. The solution was found in the form of DocSyncer utility, which is currently in a state of open beta testing.
After you download a small utility (1.7 MB) and install it on your PC, you need to enable (optional) access to the API of your Google Docs account.
After that, the documents from the local PC will be loaded in the background on DocSyncer service and will be visible in your Google Docs account. All changes both locally and locally will be immediately synchronized that eliminate the occurrence of multiple representations of the same file.
DocSync - the utility, which is needed for anyone with locally a lot of documents that need to work with other computers or simply to perform a backup of documents to Google's servers. Just do not forget about prayvasi, since the installation DocSync your documents do not belong only to you;)
