Sweet tooth is not the place: preparing buns with spicy beef

These resemble the classic bun with cinnamon curls, but instead of an abundance of spices and sweet syrup they combine well-seasoned beef with mushroom sauce and cream cheese. This dish - a real gift for those who do not consider themselves a sweet tooth rows.
Ingredients
- 500 g pizza dough;
- 500 g of minced beef;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of dried tarragon;
- 1 teaspoon dried Provencal herbs;
- 1 teaspoon of dried garlic;
- 150 g mushrooms;
- 1 onion;
- green onion - to taste;
- 200 g hard cheese;
- 80 g of cream cheese;
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk.

Begin by preparing the filling. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat and use it to saute chopped onions. Once the onions become translucent, put to it chopped mushrooms and cook until until the excess moisture has completely evaporated. Place forcemeatAdd dried herbs, garlic and salt. Cook, stirring, another 3-4 minutes until cooked meat. Add chopped green onions.
Be sure to let the filling cool, otherwise it will heat the dough at the molding stage, which will begin to stick and tear.
Roll finished pizza dough into a rectangle measuring about 35 × 20 cm. Spread half of the grated cheese, stepping on a pair of centimeters on each side. Top with meat filling and again sprinkle all the cheese.
Roll the dough into a roll, the excess at both ends cut. Divide the roll into eight equal pieces.
Arrange each bun in oiled and floured baking tin cut up. The surface of the grease olive oil.
Send rolls in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Finished products leave to cool. For the sauce, whisk the cream cheese with 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
Pour muffin sauce, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
