- 3 eggs;
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour.
For our version of the recipe we take the eggs with the yolks, but if you follow a strict diet, eliminate the yolks and add one additional protein. In addition, in the recipe there is a small amount of whole wheat flour, which will help absorb excess moisture from the cheese and allow the dish to retain texture.
You can just whisk all the ingredients together, adding salt to taste, and can add the curd mixture of various additives. A little low-fat cheese, garlic, parsley, hot sauce, dried spices and herbs to help you modify the recipe, from time to time to obtain new flavors.
