While I was looking through recipes, I longed to have. I think that I gather up so much that last for the whole summer!
Chicken with lemon and pepper
Ingredients: 1/2 cup yogurt without additives, 1 garlic clove (finely chopped), 2 teaspoons salt, lemon juice two 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey (from top) and a generous handful of black pepper (10-15 peas).
Preparation:
All the ingredients mix well and pour into a bag with zipper or ceramic dish. Put back the pieces of chicken (breast or part of the bones - you choose yourself), a good roll so that it is covered with the marinade on all sides, and send in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Then cook on the grill until done. Grate better pre-oiled, so that the meat does not stick.
Chicken Indian-grilled
Ingredients: about 1.5 kg of chicken meat (bone plus fillets), 1 tablespoon of salt 1 tablespoon ground coriander, 1 tablespoon garlic powder (dry garlic), 1 tablespoon black pepper or paprika, 1 tablespoon hot pepper, 1/4 cup fresh ginger (grate), 1 teaspoon dried sage, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup buttermilk.
If buttermilk sold in your store, then you're in luck. And if not, then it is quite possible to replace the yogurt with no additives.
Preparation:
Mix together all the dry ingredients. Wash and dry the chicken pieces. Folding them in a plastic food container or pottery. Rolled in a mixture of spices and then to pour buttermilk or yoghurt. Again, all mixed, covered and send in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
I was preparing for a very similar recipe and used yogurt - it came out very tasty.
Chicken on the grill at the Mediterranean
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of the mixture of the crushed garlic and rosemary (available dry), six branches rosemary, thyme 6 sprigs, half teaspoon black pepper, 1.5 kg of chicken.
Preparation:
