Recipe tender and light custard

Done right, you can use the custard, not only for the preparation of the cake "Napoleon", but also for many other sweets. Yet it is possible to dip cookies or eat with pancakes.
Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks;
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar;
- 1 liter of warm milk.
preparation
Whisk, beat the egg yolks, add the powdered sugar. Vigorously whisk weight up until it becomes white. Stirring the mixture, pour it into the milk.
Pour everything in a saucepan and stir, cook on very low heat until thickened. Make sure the cream does not overheat, otherwise the yolks become eggs.
Ready cream should cover the spoon thin layer without flowing with it regardless of what position (vertical or horizontal) is located.
There are other recipes for custard: flour, butter, starch. But they that are less easy and delicious, thicker, harder to prepare and easier to mess up.
Cream, cooked in this recipe, suitable for all sweet dishes, as well as a sweet sauce.
