Recipe soft coconut biscuits with cream cheese

Easy coconut biscuits, cooked without the addition of flour and sugar - the perfect treat for those who prefer a simple and useful products.
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups (90 g) of coconut;
- 1 egg;
- 250 g of non-fat cheese;
- 3-4 tablespoons of honey (or other sweetener to taste).
preparation
Start with the preparation of cheese. Prefer not too dry and fine-grained product. If a lot of cottage cheese whey, press it in a colander or cheesecloth.
