I love Italian food for a simple and delicious recipes. And even if the refrigerator is almost empty, there always exists at least a small piece of Parmesan cheese, hot pepper and garlic. That's why I thought about this recipe - I forgot to go to the store.
It is so easy that a recipe called difficult;)
So, in order to prepare a lunch, you will need any pasta (I like spaghetti), spicy fresh pepper, garlic, olive oil, fresh or dried basil, salt and pepper to taste.
Before you add the pepper, I highly recommend to try it gently on edge. If you overdo it, there it will be almost impossible.
Boiled pasta in salted water until tender. Clean the garlic cloves and crush with a knife, cut into thin rings of hot pepper.
Preheat the frying pan, add olive oil and garlic. Fry for just a minute and add the peppers and pasta. Seasoned with black pepper and dry basil. Fried all 30 seconds and remove from heat. Garlic take out, spread on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.
If you have fresh basil, then add it to a ready-made pasta.
