Quick Oatmeal: how to prepare cold and hot breakfast for 5 minutes

Hot oatmeal for breakfast
This method allows us to supply breakfast for the whole week. Preparing oatmeal on Sunday evening and kept for five days in the refrigerator. Conveniently immediately to package cereal on a small glass jar, for example, out of children's mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups coarse oatmeal;
- 4 cups of water;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- milk and butter to warm up;
- honey, jam, nuts, fresh or dried fruit filling.

Pour the water in a pot, add salt and oatmeal. Bring to boil and simmer for three minutes. Then remove from heat, pour into the washed and dried by banks and tightly close the caps. When cool, store it in the refrigerator.
In the mornings, open one pot, add milk and butter and reheat in the microwave. If you do not like milk, warm the porridge without anything.
Before serving, add the vegetables and other fillings of your choice. Nuts and dried fruits can be decomposed by the banks immediately after cooking. Taste only benefit from this: oatmeal becomes softer.
Cold oatmeal for breakfast
Another way cook oatmeal in the evening. The taste becomes so tender that resembles an ice cream.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oat flakes Fast Food;
- 1 cup of milk;
- ½ teaspoon of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of cream or yogurt without additives;
- Berries, fruits, nuts and chocolate crumb filling.
preparation
Pour cereal with cold milk, sweeten, mix and send it in the refrigerator overnight. Season morning porridge with sour cream or yogurt: typically lasts two tablespoons but if you want you can and more.
Add the strawberry, raspberry, apricot or peach. If you use frozen berries for the fresh fruit and out of season. Sprinkle with chocolate and nut crumb.
