Pancake pie "Snail"

Pancake snail pie with chicken, mushrooms and spinach looks interesting in the context and turns out to be unusually appetizing and satisfying.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 300 g
- Champignons 150 g
- Onions 1-2 pieces
- Frozen spinach 100-150 g
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons + for lubrication
- Sour cream 200-220 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Pancakes 10-12 pieces
- Cheese 150 g
- Eggs 3 pieces
Cooking method
Cut the chicken and mushrooms into small pieces, the onion into halves of the rings. Squeeze defrosted spinach to remove excess liquid.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes.
Then cook with onions and mushrooms for another 5-6 minutes. Add spinach and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream and simmer for a few more minutes. Season with salt, pepper and cool.
Spread the filling over all the pancakes, sprinkle with some grated cheese and roll.
Grease a baking dish with oil. Take one pancake, roll it up with a "snail" and place in the center. Place the straws around, filling the entire mold with pancakes.
Whisk the remaining sour cream and grated cheese with eggs, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pancakes.
Bake the Snail Pie for about 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C.
