How to make wine from currants at home

The amount of sugar is better not to be reduced. If it is not enough, the fermentation process will be weak, and the wine can turn into vinegar.

Three weeks later, you can taste the wine. If it will seem sour, add a little more Sahara to taste and stir. Close the container and leave the glove in the same warm place for another three weeks.
Then strain the wine through folded in 2-3 layers of cheesecloth. It must remain all the berries. Do not squeeze the cheesecloth, otherwise the wine will turn unclear.

At this stage it is better to put more at least a little sugar to the next stage of fermentation was normal.
Close the glove wine and leave in a warm place for another two weeks.
