How to cook the perfect hot chocolate

Forget soluble chocolate powders from stores and cook a couple kruzhechek classic hot chocolate, armed with all the known subtleties of making this drink.

Milk or cream
Here, as with chocolate, it is better to mix and do both. The main thing is again, - to determine the correct proportion. Recipe
Ingredients:
- 450 ml of milk;
- 70 g of dark chocolate (70%);
- 30 g milk chocolate;
- 75 ml of cream (33%);
- ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon;

preparation
First, 150 ml, warm the milk, remove it from the heat and cook the chocolate ganache, adding to milk chocolate pieces and, stirring to melt them.
Pour into a saucepan the remaining milk and cream, followed by adding cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Preheat drink, but in any case, do not boil it. Pour the chocolate into the mugs and place a marshmallow on top.
