How to cook stuffed with potatoes

Classic American side dish in the form of a soft puree with bacon and cheese in the potato, which is absolutely suitable for any main dish.
Ingredients
- 3 large potato tuber;
- 30 g butter;
- 100 g of grated cheese;
- 120 ml of sour cream;
- 50 g of bacon;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- green onion - to taste.
preparation
Rinse well and wipe the potato tuber tissue. Pinned them on a fork, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake the potatoes until cooked in a preheated oven to 200 degrees (about 35-40 minutes).
While preparing the potatoes, chop and fry bacon until crisp.
Once the potatoes will be ready, cool it and carefully remove most of the pulp with a spoon, taking care not to damage the skin.
Prepare the filling for potato "cups". Lessons potato pulp can be slightly warmed in the microwave to quickly melt the butter. Mash with a fork potato with butter and sour cream, add the green onions, bacon and grated cheese ⅔. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread stuffing on "cups", they sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and return to oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve immediately after preparation, further sprinkling roses.
