How to cook a pie legendary Tsvetaeva

They say that in the early XX century the sisters Tsvetayevs served guests this apple pie. And like the unusual combination of tender sweet sauce and apple tart inside and outside the solid cake.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of apples (better use of Antonov: they will give the dish an extra tartness);
- 2 cups flour;
- 1 ½ cup cream of any fat content;
- 150 g butter;
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 egg.
preparation
Butter room temperature, mixed with 1 ½ cup flour. The resulting mixture pour in ½ cup of sour cream and mix. Then extinguish the soda with vinegar, add to the dough and knead until it stops sticking to your hands.
Apple peel, remove the core and cut into thin plates. To do this, you can use one side of the potato peelers.
Grease a baking pan with butter. Roll out the dough and place on the bottom. Spread apple slices on top.
In another bowl or saucepan, combine 1 cup of sour cream, eggs, sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour, lightly whisk the mixture. Fill the form with the dough and apples cooked cream.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees, set to form and bake pie 50 minutes.
