How to prepare rose hips
Most often brewed with dried berries. But fresh is also suitable for this purpose, the method of infusion preparation is no different.

How to brew in a thermos rose hips

Ingredients
- 1 liter water;
- 60 g of dried rosehip integer;
- 1 cinnamon stick;
- 1 asterisk anise;
- 1 tangerine;
- 1 tablespoon of dry black or green tea;
- ½ lemon.
preparation
Boil water in a pan. Put there rose, cinnamon and star anise. Reduce heat to minimum and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, clean the Mandarin. Add tangerine peel in a saucepan and tea. Boil for 5 more minutes.
Remove the plate with a drink. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and mandarin. Cover, leave on for 5-10 minutes and strain.
3. Tea with rosehip and cranberry
Ingredients
- 1½ tablespoon of dried rose hip whole;
- 1 tablespoon of fresh or frozen cranberries;
- 1 teaspoon of dry green tea;
- 600 ml of water.
preparation
Stir in the rose hip capacity, cranberries and tea. Slightly remember berries. Pour the boiling water, wrap and leave for 15-20 minutes. Before use, strain.
