Corn in Mexican with a delicious sauce and herbs

Young corn is delicious, even if just to add to it a pinch of salt. And for those who want more variety, Mexican dish recommend "Elot". This corn, covered with sauce and flavored with herbs and spices. Unlike the original, this recipe is adapted to the range of our stores, but because of difficulties with the preparation does not arise.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 ears of corn;
- 60 ml mayonnaise;
- 115 ml of sour cream;
- 45 g of feta;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- lime, paprika, parsley - to feed.
The sauce is well kept on corn, it is better not to boil and bake. Before baking necessarily cut with ears protruding stigmas and terminated dry leaves (may ignite). Fresh sheets are not cut, because they will not give the grains dry out during baking.
Corn on the cob on a grid in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Young corn prepared quickly, in just 40-45 minutes.
While corn in the oven, make the sauce: Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and feta cheese, add chopped garlic.
Give extracted from the cob oven to cool slightly, peel them from the leaves.
With the blade portions sauce spread generously on the surface of corn cob sprinkle herbs and paprika. Serve, sprinkled with lime juice or your favorite hot sauce.
