Cold summer dessert: frozen kiwi in chocolate
Food / / December 19, 2019
Wonderful summer and cold dessert (difficulty level 1), which can be cooked for 10-15 minutes!
As I already experimented with berries, chocolate and frozen, in the end we got a very tasty strawberries in chocolate. Now it turns and kiwi. Only this time you get something like a popsicle on a stick.
So, you need to tile of dark chocolate (100 g), the average maturity of kiwifruit, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, sticks for ice cream or large wooden skewers.
Kiwi should be chosen not too soft, otherwise you will not normally put it on a stick. If it is too hard, then it is still green and sour awful!
What should be done? Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Until the chocolate melts, peel the kiwi peeled and cut across a fairly thick slices. The melted hot chocolate add a spoonful of vegetable oil, and all is well stirred.
Then don kiwi slices on a skewer or stick, dipped in chocolate and put on the laid paper baking tray or dish. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 5 minutes, then take out and again dipped in chocolate - it is done, so that the chocolate layer was thicker.
The latest bar - put your "ice cream" in the freezer for 20 minutes. It turns out tasty and cool treat! Almost like ice cream on a stick.
The result is tested on a child - the child was satisfied;)
