A quick way to cook beef for dinner

Ingredients
- 1 kg of beef pulp;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- ½ lemon;
- ½ teaspoon of dried thyme;
- ½ teaspoon of dried rosemary;
- 3 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley;
- salt.
