A gentle dip of cream cheese and cherries for 15 minutes

This dip - a thick sauce - tastes like cheesecake, but it can be prepared very quickly and without the oven.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of "Philadelphia" cheese;
- ⅔ cup (180 ml) of cream 33 percent fat;
- 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar;
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla;
- Canned cherries and chocolate chips to feed.
preparation
Mix "Philadelphia" (or any other 180 g of cream cheese) with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Vary the sweetness of taste, gradually podsypaya powdered sugar.
Chilled cream with vanilla, beat until stable peaks. Make sure that the dishes and cream really cool: it's much easier and speed up the whipping process.
