Ingredients
- 1 small onion;
- 1 orange;
- 50 g butter;
- 250 g of cranberries;

Ingredients
- 3 red hot peppers;

5. Sweet and sour sauce with pomegranate
Ingredients
- 100 ml fresh pomegranate juice;
- 100 ml of red wine semisweet;

- 1 small red bell pepper;
- 1 small green bell pepper;
- 1½ tablespoons cornstarch;
- 720 ml + 2 tablespoons of water;
- 100 g of brown sugar;
- 115 g ketchup;
- 60 ml of white vinegar or rice;
- 280 g of finely chopped fresh pineapple.
