5 fruit salads that are worth a try

From the usual fruit is easy to make a bright breakfast diet snack or dessert flavored by adding chocolate and whipped cream.
1. Fruit salad with blueberries and orange juice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries;
- 1 cup cherry;
- ½ cup blueberries;
- ½ red apple;
- ½ peach;
- 1 kiwi;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- 1 glass of orange juice.
preparation
Cherries, cut in half and remove pits. Fruits cut middle-sized slices. Pour into a bowl of lemon juice, add fruits and berries and mix. Add a glass of orange juice, let the salad to soak up the aroma, and then drain the juice. Salad can be served as chilled or room temperature.
2. Fruit salad with chocolate and whipped cream
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas;
- 2 apples;
- 1 kiwi;
- 1 cup blackberries;
- 1 orange;
- 100 g of chocolate;
- whipped cream to taste.
preparation
Cut and mix slices of banana, apple, kiwi and orange, add a cup of blackberries. Chocolate bar hold a bit at room temperature, so that it becomes soft. Cut the chocolate into cubes, add to the fruit. Pour salad with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
3. Salad of tropical fruits
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple;
- 2 mango;
- 2 bananas;
- ½ cup pomegranate grains;
- 2 tablespoons sweet coconut.
preparation
Cut the pineapple, mango, banana and mix it with grains of pomegranate. Place the salad in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with coconut.
4. Fruit salad with biscuits and yoghurt
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of watermelon;
- 1 apple;
- 1 kiwi;
- 2 rings canned pineapple;
- 15-20 grapes;
- ½ cup walnuts;
- 200 g soft biscuits;
- 3 tablespoons yogurt without fillers;
- ground cinnamon to taste.
preparation
Mix slices of watermelon, apples, kiwi fruit and canned pineapple. Cut grapes in half, remove seeds and add to the fruit. Smash soft biscuits into small pieces, add the nuts. Connect the fruit, cookies and nuts, season with yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Fruit salad with avocado
Ingredients:
- 3 medium avocados;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- ½ cup yogurt without fillers;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel;
- 1 apple;
- 1 banana;
- 1 cup grape stoned;
- 300 g of canned tangerines.
preparation
Remove seeds from ripe fruit of the avocado, cut them into cubes. Pour lemon juice, soak 5 minutes, then drain the juice.
Prepare the dressing by mixing a few tablespoons of yogurt with honey and grated lemon peel.
Connect with avocado fruit: banana, apple, grapes and canned mandarins. Add dressing.
