2. Thick fig jam
Ingredients

Ingredients

Ingredients

- 700-800 g of sugar;
- 1 lemon;
- a pinch of vanilla;
- pinch of ground cloves.
preparation

5. Fig jam with nuts
Ingredients
- 1500 g of figs;
- 1300 g of sugar;
- 100 ml of water - optional;
- 150 g of hazelnuts.
preparation
Put the figs in a saucepan and pour sugar. Leave for a few hours to give the fruit juice. If a little juice, add water.
Bring to the boil over medium heat and boil, stirring for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool jam.
