Contextual search for IE / Firefox on all operating systems with the help of Select-n-Go

I discovered the funky piece, which is built into the browser, and perform contextual search.
To be clear, I'm talking about, I will explain with an example.
You install a plugin (Internet Explorer or Firefox). After installation becomes available pop-up menu. If you select a word, picture, or other displayed item, this menu as a small icon appears next to the selection.
Clicking on it, you will discover a special floating toolbar with controls.
Guess already what the icons on it? Yes, it's popular search and social portals, where you can find information about the selected word. Choosing where to look, you will immediately get the result without opening a new page, and other transitions.
This is similar to Accelerators in Internet Explorer, only optimized for search engines. Immediately on this floating toolbar, you can make changes.
Settings are opened in the browser window. You can select the services that you want to use the time delay and display the toolbar, and many more (I think all the icons in the screenshot below you are familiar).
The plugin works only in browsers. However, there is a separate implementation of this idea in the form of Cleeki program that does not depend on the browser. Excellent addition, making more productive, and surfing and searching easier. Link: http://www.cleeki.com/index.html.
