A series of short films to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the release of the first "Alien"

In March, 20th Century Fox announced the release of an anthology of short films on the universe of Alien, marking the 40th anniversary of the screens of the first film of the franchise. All episodes filmed young directors, has a weakness for this legendary series of horror films.

Anthology called Alien: 40th Anniversary Shorts. Altogether six short films, and you can see them right now.

Episode Containment ( «Control»)

Director: Chris Reading.

According to the plot of this series, four survivors were on board a small escape pod in deep space. Their ship was destroyed, and some of them could be infected.

Episode Specimen ( «sample»)

Director: Kelsey Taylor.

This episode of botany Julie, faced with suspicious samples of the soil, which attracted the attention and her dog. Alien soil was a surprise.

Episode Night Shift ( «Night Shift»)

Episode Harvest ( «Harvest")

The ship is designed to collect cometary plasma crashes. Surviving crew members remains a bit of time to get to the evacuation shuttles. The only navigation device - a motion sensor.
