PicLab suitable not only for the "decorations", but also for simple image processing. You can adjust the brightness, contrast, exposure, saturation, as well as the "blur" picture.

application settings, in general, are standard, but one point deserves special attention - it is a choice interface "themes" for the application. For a long time I did not have to meet this goal.

In general, PicLab leaves only positive impressions. User-friendly interface, a good set of effects, the possibility of a basic image processing - and it's all absolutely free. Of course, not all available at once, but you will be able to purchase the remaining elements if desired. But this point can hardly be called critical.
