Which countries are the first to come to mind when we think about studying abroad? US and European countries. Indeed, Europe is close and a lot more clear. There are beautiful, tasty and comfortable. To fly cheaply, we close the European mentality. And the opportunity to stay in the country after the training and obtain dual citizenship has attracted many.
However, as someone who has studied and lived on both ends of the continent, I can say that today the Asian developed countries may be the best choice for learning and life. And there are four reasons.
1. Availability of scholarships
As I mentioned earlier I wroteIn many European countries it is possible to study for free or nearly free.
But Asia is not inferior to their Western counterparts in attracting international students. China leads in volume and the number of allocated scholarships for foreign students. Korea, Japan and Singapore are also not far behind.

In this case, find part time in parallel studies in Asian countries is ten times easier than in Europe. As a minimum, because you can teach English and get a pretty good money.
2. Economic growth and employment opportunities
Let's be honest, Europe is not as developed. The economy is growing very slowly, business activity is not as high, problems with employment more and more. In Southern Europe unemployment can reachUnemployment in the EU regions in 2017 30%.
And in Asia, all the way around. China, Korea, Singapore grow and develop. The domestic market is increasing, more and more local and international companies are expanding their activities in the region. I knew a lot of students and young professionals from Europe who moved to China just because there is a much higher chance of finding a high-paying job, even in European companies. Danon, Carrefour, Audi, BMW - they open and expand their businesses in Asia.
3. Development of services and innovation at the household level
After several years spent in Asia (I lived in Shanghai and Singapore), the return to Europe was a kind of culture shock. The roads are not that good, the train too. Shops are closed on weekends and holidays, and indeed half the service closes early. In many places, you can not pay the card, and to meet Apple Pay support at all unrealistic. Even Russia (namely, Moscow) today has gone far ahead in the digitalization of services.
Asia is even more advanced. Space speed of delivery, ubiquitous services, taxi, rent a bike and other things. In China, such giants as WeChat and Alibaba, brought daily life completely to another level: the payment of all that is possible, cash transfers, ticket booking, taxi or food delivery, even in the stock market investment - everything can be done through one attachment. Even in a stall in the street you can buy fruit, paying them by QR-code.
By the way, the ATM manufacturers completely withdraw from the Chinese market, because no one else takes the money and does not carry cash.
And yet Asians are always working. You in the morning you can order a roll of toilet paper, and it will bring on a scooter in 15 minutes.
4. Special attitude towards foreigners
Of course, no one does not diminish the Russian mass in Europe, as represented by our national media. Still, certain complicating factor is the fact that you are a foreigner, it is felt in Europe. that get a jobOther things being equal you need to be more qualified, more active and breakdown than local.
In Asia your "foreign person" - an advantage. Foreigners are much more actively take to the universities: organization fighting for the improvement of its international status by attracting more students from abroad.
As you can see excellent prospects for education and career development is not only in the usual countries EuropeBut also in more distant countries in Asia. Do not limit your possibilities, the whole world is open to you!
