What if the gym and jogging tired

In the end, everything is boring. Jogging and the gym as well. I knew what to do in such a case.
I think such a problem faced by many, if not all. At some point I get bored doing the same thing - in my case it is the gym and running - and you want something new. Not excluding the fact that I just need a short time to change activities in order to return to the old pursuits with renewed vigor, I decided to choose a sport that meets all of my preferences.
I like to play without a coach, without a group of people and want to do when I am comfortable, but not when the section starts. Given these requirements, the choice was not so great.
I decided to try to engage with special applications reviews which have already been. The choice fell on the training methodology 12 Minute Athlete, site, which offers 12-minute workout with and without equipment. I am engaged via their iPhone app.
This type of training has its advantages:
- Diversity. When you get tired of some sport, you can just score, but you can try something new, to relax and to get back on track.
- No need to spend time on the road. Despite the fact that the gym and the stadium are within a 10 minute walk from my house, not everyone is lucky as well. compound exercises also can be practiced without leaving home.
- Good load. I have long been engaged in the gym and I run, but training 12 Miunte Athlete still able to surprise my muscles. Perhaps you need to constantly try different types of loads to keep yourself in shape.
- You can do during breaks between working. If you are a freelancer or can afford to work out during a break at work, why not? But be prepared for the fact that you sweat heavily, and your colleagues may not like it. :)
However, training applications, there is one big disadvantage. Most likely, you will train at home, and bring himself to do sports at home is very, very difficult. O is not so much: either to overcome himself and to understand that you do not limp rag, or go to engage the street or stadium.
Despite the fact that such systems are limited in time (12, 16 minutes), no one bothers you some time to pass the complex to work out longer. I'm doing a 16-minute, and then 12-minute range, which in total gives me a half-hour workouts. Not too much, but enough to keep fit.
Another advantage of such training is the variety of training programs. If the proposed program will not like it, you just shake the device (in the case of a 12 Minute Athlete), to propose a new training program.
Such an alternative - it is not a panacea. However, to have a similar application with training complexes at hand is very, very cool. Firstly, in case you want to change, like me, or if you simply do not have time to conduct a full workout. I hope that this technique will help you add a bit of variety in the training process!
