How not to frighten interesting ideas early in the morning

Where usually starts the morning? Usually it starts with an alarm clock. Then another with a single. Then another with a single. Finally, after the fifth time we undermine the bed and arrange a shuttle run from the room to the bathroom, from the bathroom to the kitchen and back into the room. Well, what kind of creativity or new ideas we can speak in such a good morning? I am not in any way suggesting that this morning is all and every day. Where to start the morning?
Morning must begin pleasantly. With a smile and a fragrant cup of coffee or tea. Set the alarm before at least 10 minutes and not jump out of bed at once, and allow yourself a bit soak and a good stretch - this is not only pleasant, but also prevent the possibility of injury ligaments.
Then you can afford to stand longer under a warm shower, and not think of anything specific at this time. Just relax, my head should be only pleasant thoughts and no reflection on the theme "I will speak today at a meeting of directors." This you will have time to think on the job.
And for God's sake, do not start the morning with a standard news, but with something more pleasant and cheerful. Let it sounds a bit strange, but better watch any funny or inspirational videos on YouTube, or watch beautiful pictures. This, incidentally, is also confirmed by studies since decades psychologists have manipulated our consciousness, conducting research on what video and how they affect the human brain.
