Have you ever felt bad, when told a lie? It's awful uneasy feeling as if someone squeezes your chest and throat. Palms sweating, breathing quickens, his voice trembling, his face covered with spots or red. Not a very pretty picture, is it?
Most interesting is that a lie - the phenomenon of psychological, mental, but it it is not very pleasant physical response. If we have lied, we can be a bad thing not only morally (a shame), but also physically.
Lisa Rankin (Lissa Rankin) in his speech at TEDxFiDiWomen talks about the relationship between what we say and our physical condition.

Most interesting is that Lisa Rankin not a psychologist. It - an obstetrician-gynecologist and author of two books, in which it connects our emotional state with the physical.
The fact that all our thoughts are ultimately reflected in our body, no longer a secret. This is the only proof that the thought is material and has a direct impact on our health and, as a consequence, the world around us.
The body craves the truth
I kept the truth to himself for years in a sealed bottle. I hid it as deeply as possible. I hid it behind the masks. I allowed myself to remain silent so as not to create excitement. I wanted to people like me. I wanted to live in harmony.
But my body hated it. At first it just whispered, and then switched to cry.
When you try to suppress a negative, your body reacts to it physically and begin to produce stress hormones, blood pressure rises, it quickens the heartbeat and lowered immunity.
When you tell the truth, the body and the muscles relax, blood pressure returns to normal, heart rate decreases and begins to produce hormones of happiness.
Speaking the truth, you arrange a preventive therapy
Three years ago, Lisa began to speak only the truth, and her body was no longer screaming, it ceased to whisper. Finally, her body found peace.
There is no turning back. Once awakened his body, finding your voice, you will not be able to silence him. Some people around you may not like it. Some people do not enjoy your renewed self. Some people prefer your old wrapper, your old "I".
But believe me, your real, real "I" can heal you when you are sick; will support you if you hurt; will rise, if you fall.
What truth do you want to talk?
Think about what you would say if you had 18 minutes and a huge audience? What truth do you want to say and how to live? What do you really want to say to your partner, boss, parents, friends... the whole world finally !!!
What worries you so much that you are looking for it everywhere? What is your personal truth?
Tell the truth. Live the way you think is right, in accordance with its truth and conscience, in harmony with itself.
