Why do I need it

Therefore, my number one goal - to defeat insomnia through sports. Let's see who wins. I need to find energy-intensive sport and start to train a lot outdoors. I hope that the evening will simply shut down.
Goal number two - do regular exercises and avoiding big breaks between workouts. I do not to get medals and set records, but for the quality of life.
