How to discover running and enjoy it

I I continue to prepare to compete Urban Tri by adidas and talk about their impressions of this complex but fascinating process. Now in my piggy bank is another exercise - on the run.

Running - it's great and helpful. It has beneficial effects on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, strengthens the musculoskeletal system, speeds up the metabolism. Sometimes you see inexperienced girls who no warm-up run hard and tired to death in the first practice session. The only thing spinning in my head at that moment: "She came to the gym first and last time." Most often what happens.
Another thing - group sessions with a trainer, as Urban Tri. It started with a warm-up, and it was much longer and more varied than I used to. Squats, kick their feet, push-ups, Burpoe, attacks.
Then warm-up on the move - all the exercises, more familiar in school training: running with high lifting hips, straight leg, gallop, cross-step... By the end of the warm-up the whole group is already sweating.
I have never neglected a warm-up, always carefully warmed knees and feet, made the slopes. But compared with this workout my usual five minutes - it is some lazy perturbations.
Already heated, we went for a light run to the stadium.
I talk a little about the band. I think there will only be physically prepared people, who have long walk to the gym or running around. In fact, we come to the gym very different women: some were prepared, others made the first steps in the sport.
I always like to look at people who have decided to start practicing for the first time came to the gym or select the stadium: they take the first step to ensure that sport and love to pump my body. Each of us creates itself, changing not only the body but also the nature.
On this training all girls, regardless of training, the exercises and ran until the end. This is a very cool and always cheers me up.
Another reason to get better

The task was this: run the hundred meters at the maximum speed. But how do you know what your top speed? Maybe someone used to give all the best to the full in training and do not feel sorry for myself, but I personally find very hard to their limits, if I with anybody do not compete.
Competitive spirit classes - this is what makes the squeeze the most, keep up rest and keep running even when a long time would be stopped if they were alone on the stadium.
A group of girls running around, works better than a coach who cries to you: "Come on, you can more and better!". Coach stands because, how would he know what you can do?
The rate we ran out in pairs or groups of 3-4 people, and I spread the maximum, to overtake the girl who ran beside me. It was great, but very hot.
When we caught his breath after the race on speed, there was a hitch - 500 meters of the stadium, and then stretching the long-awaited tenyok.
What is bliss - after training under the scorching sun to sit in the shade on the grass, remove shoes and stretch all muscle score. We rested and stretch the muscles thighs, adductors, the back - done everything, so you feel good.
Despite the extension, I hurt in the morning and the legs, and back. I love this feeling in the muscles, because it shows the progress. Only overcoming yourself in every workout, you can achieve some forward movement. And do it together much better than alone when still feel sorry for yourself.
Several new classes
After this training I had a little more experience in running, so I want to share with you the lessons learned by herself.
- Consider the weather. When you run under the scorching sun, you start to seriously worry about his health. Therefore, if the street is hot and sunny, take a hat.
- Stock up on water! Some of the girls came out of water, and I think much of this regret. At least, I went to drink after each race on the acceleration.
- Be sure to Warm up and do stretching at the end of training. I liked everything: the warm-up, after which there was no discomfort or stiffness in his movements, and, of course, a hitch. Stretch scored muscles, feeling that you work out perfectly - what could be better?
- Train together. This is probably the best advice for today. Find a friend or acquaintance who agrees to run with you (if you're new, a chance to learn a lot and make a good friend). And even better - come on Urban Tri workout. There are a lot of girls with different levels of training, which are united by the desire to become better, faster, stronger and more beautiful.
Train to get really positive - with pleasure from racing, a good program, and a warm atmosphere.
My feeling, Urban Tri - it is something completely new. Training for those who are tired of the usual loads such as fitness or home exercises with dumbbells.
Firstly, it is useful. Instead of a single type of load you are getting just three. I've been in training for the run, and the next time I will try the complex, with all kinds of loads. Runs will be less, but as soon as we run prokachannom their skills in cycling (besides the music!) And then cool off in the pool. It should be just fine.
Secondly, it is interesting. You train together with others and strive to meet. In my opinion, this is the best motivation.
Thirdly, it is available for any girl. And over time, and stress. In the latter, I was convinced on his first training session on the run.
