If a few years ago, someone told me that sports give so much trouble, I would have never gone in for sports. While there, what kind of nonsense I wrote today. For all its disadvantages sport - it's one of the best things that came into my life, and I can safely say that he can change and your life.
Sports give you health. We talked about this many times, and I will not continue this thought: it is too worn out, and you either have already checked it myself or not, my words here will not change anything.
I want to talk about how stupid I was, what I did wrong and try to tell you about all my mistakes, so you do not repeat them.

In one of my first Layfhakere articles I described the changes that have brought into my life sport. But I repeat again: what I was an idiot. I do not know where my mind was when I hike in the hall for several months, took the deadlift in the 100+ kg.
It is a pity that while in the hall there was a man who came up to me and gave podsrachnik or at least cooled the ardor of my words. But the past will not return, and his wonderful training I put myself joints on the knees and elbows.
Immediately I make a reservation: I never spoke to an occupational therapist about his problems with joints. It so happens that I have learned to cope with the pain and discomfort on their own, and hope that the problem in the past. Or at least I'm going in the right direction.
What I mean by the words "I put the joints'? Unpleasant stabbing pain in his left elbow and right knee at any load. It came even to the point that I could not lean on the arm when getting up from the chair, the pain was so unpleasant.
At this time, I continued to train. Sometimes through pain. Sometimes joints for no reason with any of this cease to hurt, and I thought that might contribute to this exercise.
Treatment
When I realized that something was wrong and joints still ache, had to pay attention to it. The familiar doctor, whose opinion I trust fully, said that either I will have soon (month, six months, a year) go to massage and massage the problem area, or do you need to stretch these areas and reduce the power load, to prevent the deterioration situation.
By the time I got to the serious, according to my standards, the results: basic exercises in the weight up to 100 kg. Not such kilo at the beginning of my journey, and correct kilogram, with perfect technique, knowledge and sensations of your body.
Those who engage in weight training, will understand how I did not want to reduce weight, especially when you see that it is only growing. But there was no choice, and I cut the weight to about half.
I also began to look preventive medicines that could help me in the difficult task of treating joints. My choice fell on three of them:
- Mukosat;
- Artron Triactive Forte;
- Animal Flex.
Mukosat seemed the best choice, but due to the fact that in my country it is impossible to get difficult, we had to exclude it from the list, leaving the latter two options. Looking at the same price, I decided to take Animal Flex, a sports complex of vitamins and minerals for the ligaments and joints.
At the same time due to other circumstances, I no longer do. About a month I drank Animal Flex, ran through the stadium and was not engaged in strength training.
I was very surprised when a month later came into the room and discovered that the pain in the elbow dropped, and very significantly. Previously, he was ill at certain exercises (exercises all triceps and bench press), now at the same weight I almost I do not feel pain, but I try not to fly off the rails and do not hang on the bar all the pancakes, which I see nearby.

If you are just like me, do not dare to go to the doctor (and go to the doctor - the best option), you will have to significantly review their training. Firstly, no great weight. As soon as you feel pain in the problem area - it is a signal to what is needed to reduce the weight. If the pain does not stop, you have to find analogues exercise.
Secondly, running. On the run I have a special relationship. We can say that it changed my life, and I'm not going to throw it. But the pain in his knee slowly led me to this. If you love to run and do not want to throw this thing, I highly recommend you read this article.
Its main thesis - stop running at the heel and toe to start running. I retrained in approximately two weeks. And after these two weeks, I forget about the pain in his knees. At that time, for me it was a miracle, because I have almost got used to live with the pain.
Third, the stretch. I would advise everyone to stretch. Whether patients have joints or not, stretch marks - it's cool and useful. If the problem with the joints still there, pay special attention to problem areas stretching.

Is it worth it to give up training? The choice is yours. Chances are, if you refuse to exercise, the pain will stop. But do not make your painful joints excuse to not play sports.

- Mineral complexes. I never realized that helped me more: Animal Flex or lack of training. But this complex only positive reviews, so I advise you to try.
- Add in its training program of stretching and pay special attention to the sick zones.
- Run-to-toe. Forget about thick soles and running on the heel.
- Be careful and improvise. Look for analogs of those exercises in which painful joints are felt. For each muscle group there are dozens of different exercises.
Still, my advice to you: do not stop doing. If sport a burden to you, the pain in the joints is another reason not to go to the gym, but think about who you fooled, and whether to do it?
