In the last article, we touched on the subject of flexibility and suggested three simple tests. In this publication, as promised, we have assembled a video with simple exercises that people can do with any preparation without the help of a coach.
All exercises should be done very gently, no sudden movements! Bend and flex as much as your body allows you to. Our coach likes to say that the correct stretching - a "painful, but it's nice," ie, if anything at all never pulls, then you too yourself regret. But severe pain should not be. Therefore, the first few workouts listen to your body and watch for his reaction to the different exercises.
