Citrus Salad with chicken
Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 chicken breast, diced;

- 1 ½ cups chopped cabbage;

- 1 cup carrots, cut into thin strips;
- ½ cup finely chopped daikon;
- ¼ cup minced green onion;
- ¼ cup cilantro;

For the filling:
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice;
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce;
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon of olive oil;
- 2 crushed garlic cloves;
- ½ hot pepper.

Ingredients
For the salad:
- ½ head of cabbage savoy cabbage;
- ½ head of cabbage red cabbage;
- 1 large apple;
- ¼ red onion;
- ½ cup walnuts;
- ½ cup raisins.
For the filling:
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar;
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper;
- ⅓ cup low-fat yogurt;
- 2 teaspoons agave syrup or honey neutral;
- salt to taste.

Salad with beets and goat cheese
Ingredients
For the salad:
- 4 secondary beet;
- ⅓ cup walnuts;
- 3 tablespoons of honey;

- 60 g soft goat cheese.

- ½ cup fresh orange juice;
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar;
- ½ cup of olive oil.

Ingredients
