RECIPES: Baskets of granola and Greek yogurt with strawberries

While the season of strawberries is not over, we try to find for you as much as possible to the recipes tasty and healthy desserts. Today we prepare baskets yogurt with strawberries and blueberries, as well as the basis - delicious homemade granola.
Ingredients (12 servings):
- 1 cup granola;
- ½ 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil;
- 240 ml Greek vanilla yogurt;
- ½ cup blueberries;
- ½ cup sliced strawberries;
- honey and cinnamon to taste (optional).
preparation
Grind in a blender granola (you can store, but you can prepare yourself), Transfer to a bowl and mix with coconut oil or butter.
The Greek yogurt, add honey to taste, mix well.
In the prepared muffin tins (preferably with paper liners) Put one tablespoon of granola and well sealed - this is the basis. Then add two tablespoons of yogurt, sprinkle with berries and send in the freezer for 5-6 hours or overnight.
I know that some people prefer to prepare these baskets entirely without honey, but in this case the frozen yogurt is very strong. Honey or sweet syrup to make it softer. The same goes for adding fuel to the granola: with him the foundation does not have to chew on, such as granite or floe. :)
