1. What was your maximum weight and when was it?
My maximum - 105 kilograms in 2007.
2. At what point did you decide that you need to change something?
At the end of 2006, I suddenly realized that if I live outside the body. I'm real and I outside did not match. :) It was hard to walk, climb stairs, and even harder - to realize that I was itself brought to such a state and rake it is now also me. :)
Do not start your way to the diets and pills. Think about it: if only it were that easy, would it be there are so many overweight people?
3. Why did you start? How to lose weight? What helped you reach your goal?
First, as many probably have ceased almost entirely, a day drank only liquid day something was eating, but, fortunately, stopped in time. Nevertheless, the first 20 kg left me with amazing ease, and motivation grew.
I'm one of those people who say that in losing weight have tried everything, really mean it. :) Bonn soup, Dukan Diet, the Atkins diet, drinking diet - the choice is wide. GymPilates, home training with Jillian Michaels, Cindy Crawford, Zuzkoy and so on. All this was irregular and did not bring any tangible results until in 2013 I learned from a friend about the school I LOVE RUNNING... And away. :)

4. How to react to surrounding changes occurred?
Ambient divided into several camps. :) But mainly, of course, supported and enjoyed my mini-victories. The main fan in the family - my grandmother. :) My boyfriend is very supportive of me, it is always for any trip and runs, willing to help, so that the rear is excellent. :)
5. What has changed in your life after you lost weight?
Changing world. Completely. But most importantly, all of a sudden comes the understanding that you are capable of much. And this is reflected in all aspects of life: at work, relationships with friends, long-term goals, and so on.
Not guessing, even for a day in advance. Just live each day as much as possible "in righteousness." :)
6. How much do you weigh now? What helps to keep fit?
Now I weigh 62 kg with height 172 cm. Helps keep regular jogging, reasonable load in the room, and if completely honest, it was really hungry healthy foodNuts, vegetables, cottage cheese. Fair!
7. What can you advise to those who are now in the beginning?
Do not throw! Just something and you need to hold out until tomorrow! :) And again tomorrow. And again... And then, and do not want different, I promise! :)
- Do not be afraid: you still can. Any body - this is clay, and every one is able to mold the shape you want.
- Be patient. Weight Loss - a long but very enjoyable process.
- Look for like-minded people: here, as in any business, it helps the company: girlfriend, neighbors on the treadmill, the forum - anything. Example the other - a very good thing.
- Enjoy every day. Communicate with loved ones, walk with the children, read, sing - do everything that brings pleasure.
