The second version of the speaker, codenamed B620, will run on the same S8 processor as the 2022 Apple Watch and will be closer to the original HomePod in terms of size and sound quality. On top of the column will be an updated display - perhaps even with a multi-touch sensor.

Gurman also added that the company's plans for the next couple of years include the release of an iPad with a 14- or 15-inch display - perhaps we are talking about the iPad Pro 14.1 ″ rumors about which appeared earlier in June.
