Today newsletter came from my race organizing committee in Pescara that the bicycle route was changed, and another reminder that before the start left nothing at all - for two months. Frankly a bit frightened, as these Thai itinerant week of idleness in Bangkok, Kiev's relentless winter training turned out as something very strange. Upon completion of the Thailand I can say that I am well developed your heart and all your total Stamina. What do you think - to run in the 35 ° C heat in almost 100% humidity. Sweating, panting, and in Kiev enjoyed the change of climate. For example, when a run with Pace 4:30 I'm almost out of breath can talk on the phone at 6 km, while jogging 10 km shortness of breath not at all. Well, that is all - just finish a workout and go quietly home a little sweaty :) For me it is the best reason to do all this, honestly.
Still I am very happy that almost completed the task of his coach - to lose weight up to 68 kg. When I began my West run was 87 kg, height 176 cm, I vpryagsya in triathlon - 76 kg. Today, my weight is 70 kg and I know how to lower it without damage to health even at 2-3 kilograms.

In Kiev, I immediately joined the local gym, as to run through the streets was just very dangerous - many curves ice. On the track I had the run only twice. I always thought that this race - it's some kind of cheating :) You can just put one foot, and all the "run" by itself. Yes, and blunt at the TV - it's so far from the philosophy of running close to me. So now I'm running on the street again.
Incidentally, in the last post I wrote about how I had a bad leg because of too busy schedule, I ordered myself with a daily run on hills. It was a mild form of the disease, which is called inflammation of the periosteum. Very nasty infection that runs for a long time. The fact that I got rid of it in just a month and a half - a great success. Thank Kayotiku - my bike - he rescued me all this time.
By the way, I keep my almost vegnskuyu diet with few disruptions at a party :) It's very hard to explain each time all around is why I do not want to eat cheese or meat. Well, no big deal, most importantly that the results achieved, run to run. If you're curious, here's what a meal a day - plant foods, low in calories.

On the wave of euphoria which returned to me the ability to run, I logged on Kiev marathon - 42+ km in Kiev Spring! What could be better. By the way, this will be my first marathon in my life. Was 21, there were 30, but 42 did not. But a crowd of people were not around. So I think that everything will turn out! Join now. The participation fee of only $ 25. Is there a distance and smaller.
As for swimming, I do not do it quite yet - when I remember the smell of the pool, already cringe, but it will go next week. You have to start!
For obvious reasons, I do not ride a bicycle in Kiev. Thinking about it is not too nice - cars, garbage on the roads, pit-fools drivers and simple while still cold. Today, I will take over the machine and start the static velotrip. To give some measure of training, I acquired a cadence sensor, and set it to count cadence. Now you need only keep time and the load of friction, which should grow. Thus, I will increase their own power. In theory :)
