Frequent travel violate the usual training schedule, and get back to the gym after that is not so easy. A few tips will help you not to throw the sport, no matter where you are.
Give up approach "all or nothing"
Be prepared for the fact that everything goes wrong. Your flight can delay, or you will have to urgently address the operational issues, and time for a full workout will not. In this case, do not skip exercise altogether, go at least something. For example, if you usually spend an hour in the gym, work out this time 20 minutes.
The main thing - to be active. Go on foot, go in stretching or perform simple exercises right in your room.
Try new sports
Take a look at the change in the usual regime as an opportunity to try something new. If you usually do on simulators, go to the exercises own weight to strengthen the force. Go for a long walk. And if you need to meet people, ask them to hold a meeting on the go.
Look for local gyms
If you're staying in a hotel where there is no gym or have special preferences, look for information about local fitness centers and exercise rooms. In big cities, many of them, and your choice will depend on how much you are willing to pay.
Day Pass is usually more expensive, so try to agree on a subscription for a week or discounts.
Vozite with a slight sports equipment
For example, training loop. They can be mounted almost anywhere - on a door, a tree, a horizontal bar in the park - and to carry out any exercise to their own weight. These loops will not take up much space in your suitcase and will help to stay in shape.
