Desserts for runners: syroedcheskie truffles and oat squares with blueberries

We continue to pick up delicious and healthy recipes. This time was chosen very tasty and easy to prepare syroedcheskie truffles and more complex, but very tasty oat squares with berries. Both dessert you can take it as a snack during long runs.
Syroedcheskie truffles
Ingredients:
- 14 dates;
- a pinch of vanilla;
- 1/4 cup cocoa (cocoa plus a little for the "crusts");
- 1/2 cup walnut mix;
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds.
Preparation. Figs soaked in hot water for 5-7 minutes in order for them to become soft. While dates to soak in a bowl of a food processor to sleep nut mix, sunflower seeds and cocoa.
Of softened dates, remove seeds and add to bowl combine. All are ground until a homogeneous mass. If badly molded, so you can add a little water (2-3 tablespoons). Sculpt small balls and rolled in cocoa, coconut or chopped nuts.

Oat squares with berries
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons starch;
- 2 tablespoons warm water;
- 2 cups sliced berries;
- 1/4 cup agave syrup or honey;
- 1 tablespoon sugar;
- 2 1/4 cups of oat flakes fast food;
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
- 1 cup peanut or almond paste;
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey;
- 1/2 cup almond flakes;
- 1 large egg.
Preparation. First you need to prepare the berry filling. To do this, you dilute the starch in the water and leave to stand up a little bit. Put the pan over medium heat, pours out to the berries, honey or syrup, and sugar. Well all the stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add to starch, diluted in water, and thoroughly mixed, that the mixture is free of lumps.
While berries will cool down, prepare the ground. For this purpose in the bowl mix oatmeal, honey (or syrup), peanut butter, cinnamon and egg. As a result, should get a homogeneous mass. Set aside about 1/2 cup to sprinkle berries.
The finished mass is uniformly distributed over the baking parchment for the pan (thickness - 1-1.5 cm) and spread on top berries cooled. Mixing the remaining weight oat flakes with almond and sprinkle berries (almost like in grated cake). And sends baked in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 160 degrees.
