53 commands one of the running runner club

Yesterday stumbled upon an interesting article, a list drawn up by a member of a running club Mississippi Joe Kelly. In this list of 53 is very simple item that can be considered something of a statute of this club, the rules that are always trying to follow all of its members.
And then it began to wonder whether there is something similar in other cross-country clubs or small communities, made up of friends who just like to run together. You look and write to than agree with than disagree, and that would be added by myself.
№ 1. Do not be a whiner. Nobody likes whiners, even the whiners.
№ 2. Sometimes the hardest part of the run - is to get yourself out the door.
№ 3. Do not turn your life into a part of the run, do run part of their lives.
