5 simple exercises that will get you up and energize

This small charge-potyagushki consists of only five exercises and takes you no more than 10 minutes. The main thing - to get out of bed!
Exercise 1
This exercise is called "dancing dog": posture of "Dog muzzle down" should be a smooth transition in the position "Dog muzzle up," and then back. Excellent dynamic stretching! Perform 15-20 repetitions. One rep consists of a bundle of these two postures.
Exercise 2
The second exercise - open strap in step. Right leg lunge forward. Turns to this leg, resting his left hand on the floor and stretches right up (hands must be on one line), opening the chest. Perform 15-20 reps on each side.
Exercise 3
The third exercise - light dynamic bracing into a lunge. Take care that the knee was bent at an angle of 90 degrees, the pelvis is not raised high when you bounce, and the other knee touches the floor. Do 15-20 reps on each leg.
Exercise 4
In the fourth exercise, there are two options: simple and advanced. In a simple way, you will leave your feet on the floor, a little leans back and making a lateral twisting in the hand, fingers touching the floor hands. Selecting an advanced version, you are a bit raised above the floor of the crossed legs and try to keep them in this position. Be sure to watch your back: it has to be rectified, the spine is stretched. Perform 15-20 repetitions. Repeat One - two lateral twisting.
Exercise 5
And the last exercise - modification of the previous one. In a simplified version you lift the legs one by one. The advanced options straighten both legs simultaneously from a raised position and return them back, trying not to touch the floor. Perform 15-20 repetitions.
