We continue to collect recipes for you various useful and delicious food. Today we - five very delicious protein bars that give you pleasure while running. ;)
At this time the bars are crammed with protein, but sugar in them at least!
Recipe № 1.: Peach chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup of dried figs;
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of water;
- 1 cup coarse oats, oatmeal;
- Portion 1 teaspoon vanilla protein powder;
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa;
- 2 tablespoons minced chocolate or chocolate chips.
preparation
Figs pour water in a large bowl and send it in a microwave at full power for 1 minute. Then give him a couple of minutes to cool down and send along with the water in a food processor. The mixture was adjusted to homogeneity and allowed to cool to room temperature.

Recipe № 2. carrot
Ingredients

- 1 cup grated carrots (about 2 medium carrots);

- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil;
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel.

- 2 tablespoons almond paste;

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk.

In a small bowl mix the oat bran, protein powder and coconut flour. Then add back banana, yogurt and almond paste and thoroughly stirred to form a more or less homogeneous mass. Recipe № 4. almond
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond;
- 1 cup protein powder;
- 1/4 cup cocoa;

- 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil;
- 6 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup;
- 1/2 cup coconut milk;
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract;
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes plus a little for obvalivaniya.

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
- pinch salt (preferably pink Himalayan);
- 9 portioned spoons rice protein powder;
- 1/2 cup oatmeal.
preparation
Spread in a food processor chocolate paste, salt, vanilla extract, milk and mixed to form a homogeneous mass. In a separate bowl mix the protein powder with oat flour and gradually, stirring constantly enter the mixture of dry ingredients in the chocolate mass. As a result, you should get a mixture resembles dough for cookies.
The finished mixture is put in a mold prepared with low margins, the laid paper baking, tamp well, cover and send in the refrigerator overnight.
