To massage themselves: how to get rid of headaches and relieve tension

Simple massage techniques that you can perform on their own, to help cope with a headache and relieve tension in the back and neck.
Because of the relatively frequent headaches, neck pain and back pain, I decided to combine business with pleasure and seek video with a massage of the problem areas. Search goal - to find a massage that I can do myself and that will take a very long time. And I found, which I hasten to share with you.
Video number 1 - shiatsu massage

I chose this video is not just the first: a kid I read almost all the books that fall into my hands. One of these books was a book which describes the technique of shiatsu massage (massage on points). I remember a few simple exercises and I can say that they really work.

Of course, all of these massages better connect with regular visits to the gym. But when you need to hand over the project, and you have split the head and neck, the video will be very helpful.
